Shipping+Handling

We use USPS for shipping within the U.S. & UPS for international shipments. Our normal time to process and ship your order is 1-2 business days. 

Orders placed before 10 a.m. EST will ship on the same business day.

We provide an email shipment notification for every order. Tracking information can be used to monitor your shipment. Once an order has shipped, an email with your tracking information will be sent to the email address provide at the time of the order. 

Changing Your Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address before paying for your order. If the address you provide is incorrect, there may be a delay with delivery. 

If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at info@bellobach.com with the order number and the correct address.

If the order has already shipped, we will not be able to reroute your package. If your address is incorrect, it may be returned to us. You will be responsible for any costs to re-ship your order.
